Church Steeples, Cupolas, and More...

About Munns

Over the past sixteen years, Munns Manufacturing has grown from a company producing one project a month in 1989 to a company producing one project a day in 2003. From humble beginnings, owner Chad Munns took on an abandoned steeple project for a local church, successfully completed it, and launched himself into the aluminum fabrication and steeple manufacturing business, becoming one of the major aluminum fabricators for religious cupolas, steeples, and domes in the United States. Notable projects include: restoration of the cupola on the historic Assembly Hall on Temple Square in Salt Lake City, Utah; restoration of the steeple on St. Patrick's Church in St. Johns New Foundland; new addition dome for the Parkway Baptist Church in Plano, Texas; the ninety-three foot tower on the new Conference Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, First Parrish Congregational in Saco, Maine, and Our Lady of Lourdes in O'Fallon, Missouri. Chad's reputation for quality workmanship, superior fabrication, and competitive pricing also led to both new and restoration projects for governmental, educational, and commercial buildings. Notable projects include: The cupola on the historic courthouse in Williamsburg, Virginia; The cupola on the administration building at Delaware State University; new clock tower and cupola at Miami, Ohio University, restoration of city clocktower in New Brunswick, Georgia, restoration of the clocktower and cupolas at the historic courthouse in Goliad Texas, and Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The Utah manufacturing plant grew from a 1500 square foot rental building in 1989, to ownership of over four acres with 25,600 square feet of modern fabrication facilities with fifty employees. In 2004 the company produced 240 projects. Company growth into east-coast markets also resulted in the company establishing a satellite manufacturing facility in Waynesboro, Virginia in August of 1998. That plant operates in a 10000 square foot facility with eight current employees. Munns Manufacturing has constructed and installed beautiful cupolas, domes and steeples across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Projects have also been completed in Canada, South Africa, Ghana, Samoa and Australia. Modern facilities, quality products, skilled workmanship, management integrity, and competitive pricing have all combined to make Munns Manufacturing a leader in the aluminum steeple and cupola industry and the right choice for your special project.
